RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- We hope you will be pleased with your purchases with us. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in a resalable condition with original packaging and tags attached. If the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we too reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
- Return shall be applied and made within 1 week (7 days) which starts from the date of goods delivered and in original, undamaged packaging. Returned items have to be received by us within 2 weeks (14days) to be eligible for refund. Hence we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items that failed to meet the requirement mentioned.
- ONLY ONE return is allowed in an order, therefore proof of purchase are required when applying for return and refund.
- Discounted items / promotion items ARE NOT eligible for return and refund.
- In order to request for return and refund, kindly write to us at our instagram @constancejemjewellery. Once the request is accepted, information and guidance will be provided to assists along the process of return and refund of goods.
- All returned items that did not applied for return and refund / failed to meet return and refund requirement will not be entertained.
- All earrings are excluded for return and refund due to hygiene purposes.
Exchanges
- We currently do not accept exchange request for any of our item, however we do accept return and refund for our items within 7 days from date of goods delivered. You may place a new order when return and refund request have been accepted.
Shipping Fees
The shipping fees of return and refund for the following caused will be paid by BUYER :
- Unsatisfactory with product purchased
- Product quality not up to buyer’s expectation
- Product colour variant mismatched with online image
The shipping fees of return and refund for the following caused will be paid by SELLER :
- Defected items/damaged product
- Wrong items received
