OUR PACKAGING

All parcel will be packed and delivered to you in a box to ensure you received your package in good condition.

Each jewellery piece will be store individually in a see-through sealed bag (can be reuse for storing purposes).

Take note :

We do not hold responsibility for any damages that are caused during the delivery of goods.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Kindly ensure your shipping details (receiver name, shipping address & contact number) given are accurate before payment.

- All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 days after payment made.

- Shipping will take around 3 - 5 working days (West Malaysia) / 5 - 7 working days (East Malaysia) depends on courier services.

- Our courier service providers are DHL eCommerce & JnT etc at the moment.

Take note :

**Delivery to P.O Box addresses are not available.

**No shipping details amendments are allowed to be made after payment.

** All returned parcel due to being undeliverable, we will contact you for an alternative / new delivery address and resend the package to the new address but you are required to pay extra delivery charge for re-postage.

**We do not hold responsibilities for the lost ofparcel in transit by courier services.

**We do not hold responsibilities for the delay in delivery by courier service due to it is out of our control.
